Most properties are filled within 2 to 4 weeks. We market your property across multiple channels, conduct viewings, and screen applicants thoroughly. In high-demand areas like East Legon or Cantonments, it can be even faster.
We handle the entire process for you. First, we send formal reminders. If payment isn't received, we follow up with written notices and, if necessary, initiate the legal eviction process. Our tenancy agreements are designed to protect your interests.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you want to cancel, we require 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees or long-term lock-in contracts.
Yes, on our Complete and Premium plans. We coordinate all repairs using our vetted contractor network. For repairs under GHS 500, we handle them immediately and include the cost in your monthly report. For larger repairs, we get your approval first.
We transfer your net rental income (after deducting our fee and any approved expenses) directly to your bank account. We support both local GHS accounts and international USD/GBP transfers for diaspora clients.
